Blizzards
Blizzards are a severe weather storm that packs a combination of snow and wind, resulting in a very low visibility.
National weather service's definition of a blizzard is:
large amounts of falling or blowing snow with winds faster than 35 mph and less than .25 or 1/4 mile visibility and lasts longer than 3 hours.
